Lastly, there were several supplier diversity sessions held throughout the week to better inform providers and suppliers about the importance and value supplier diversity brings to communities, local businesses, and commerce.
During tradeshow hours, we were visited by several provider contacts who were asked specifically by their hospital’s C-suite to search for diversity suppliers. And we have heard that many provider members are struggling to meet their supplier diversity goals.
