Don’t let legacy networks hold you back.

As your business grows, so will the demands placed on your network. And it’s important to meet those demands – after all, your digital transformation can only happen as quickly as your network allows. That’s why optimizing your network with a software-centric model and unified management should be a top priority.

We already know that traffic from wireless and mobile devices will account for 71% of total IP traffic by 2022 (Cisco VIN Report 2018). Few legacy networks are designed to support that – and resulting poor application performance could lower worker productivity by 14% (2017 Network Purchase Intention Study).

There are other costs involved as well. Legacy networks are often rigid and unable to adapt to new circumstances and rapidly changing apps. They lack modern automation, and that complicates management in addition to slowing system-wide changes down.

Conversely, an optimized network simplifies network management with a single management console, letting administrators see the network in its entirety and update as needed. Contemporary networks also boast greater flexibility and interoperability, and they can use machine learning to continually analyze network health.

As you can see, there are plenty of reasons to optimize – and Zones can help you get started. Our free assessments can identify your current network’s shortcomings and then offer advice on how to address each of them.
